Chaotic Mixing
A low sheer by highly chaotic method of minimal damage mixing and combining solids, slurries and liquids.
Highly structured mixing
Developments in novel piping geometries to turn product inside out, to for example to bury degraded boundary material into the centre of the flow
Mono-layering
Minimal stress leveling (producing a monolayer) from piled product, for example 'unfolding' a pile of grated cheese without damage or compaction.
Cutting
Improvement to cheesewire cutting which allows finer wires to be used, broadening the range of product that can be wire cut.
